If you had a time machine to go back into History and Change one thing . What would you change and why?
I would do whatever it took to strangle Christianity in its womb, because intolerant aggressive monotheism began with this faith, and caused more harm than other causes save biology. It has betrayed its own basic principles, spawned imitators just as evil, and is a fundamentally terrorist belief system. If I could have aborted it, I would have, and done humanity a solid.
Instead of a DeLorean, I would take a Tesla back and let Henry Ford marvel at the technology. By now maybe we would all be buzzing around the skies like the Jetsons.
Many of the early cars were electric. Ford may need some convincing, but it's Rockefeller you're going to have to convince that this kerosene byproduct called gasoline is not what he wants to sell.

That is really funny since Christianity was a product of Judaism, but keep your bigotry going.
In any historical event, there are always a confluence of factors. When one changes, everything else changes.
You're thinking time is linear- that the past is behind us (one direction) and the future ahead (another direction). Time, as some recent studies are tending to show, may be much more complex than this.
I'd go back to last Thursday night so I could call my mom on time.
Lol
In all seriousness it's hard to pin down what I'd want to change because there is so much and I've watched too many Twilight Zone episodes to know better. Although I've always thought it would be interesting to go back in time and know what I know now but be living starting in the 1940s. I'd know what to invest in, I'd live in America's golden age, I'd know better than to worry during the Cold War and Cuban Missle crisis, etc.
