I'll start with this one, for which I'll provide the answer tomorrow if nobody gets the answer.

What American was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, a U.S. Senator, the governor of two separate states, and President of his country?

I think your mom is correct.

Also he was the last US president that was born as a British subject and the first US president to die in office.

If I may add a bit more - William Henry Harrison was "Tippecanoe" of "Tippecanoe and Tyler too" fame. He earned the name Tippecanoe bc of his victory over the Indian chieftain Tecumseh, which occurred at Tippecanoe, Ohio.

Tyler was his VP candidate, who became president when he died after one month in office.

Another! Another!

I have one. New Orleans is a very old city. Famous too, yea. Haha. But there's another town in Louisiana that is older. Can you name it?

Natchitoches, La. Established in 1714. New Orleans, 1718. Baton Rouge, 1699. However, Natchitoches is the oldest permanent settlement. Baton Rouge may be the oldest, but Natchitoches was the oldest within the borders within the Louisiana Purchase in 1803.
