I believe that Hell's canyon between Oregon and Idaho at nearly 8,000 feet is the deepest. It's high on my list of places to see.

John, good answer, yes you are correct.

This could be a little tricky:
On what continent is the largest desert in the world?

On the same continent for extra credit: Name the below-sea-level-trench the size of Mexico that isn't covered by ocean.

Good answer! It's the driest place in the world. It's usually classified as a polar desert.

Antarctica is an amazing place. Bentley Trench, named for the man who discovered it, is the lowest place below sea level not covered by ocean.
However, it would be underwater if the ice melted.

Your turn ...

Default Waterfalls of North America

We all know about Niagara Falls , the highest magnitude on the scale , for its place as number one waterfall in North America.
Now , what are number two , and , number three ? Remember , not the highest , or the most water , but , the most beauty ,....magnitude , as it is.
When we go on vacation , to see our natural beauty , waterfalls are always high on the list of places to see. nearly every state and or Provence has at least one. Many are mere "water over the dam" , however , only a few , are really memorable , dramatic , and Falls you would want to see again and again.
Number three is a tough one , and ( hint ) , can not be driven to, only by plane , or hiking in can you see it.

I would say number 2 is:Yosemite Falls, California, number 3: Honokohau Falls in Hawaii, that is if Hawaii is part of North America.
