I read your arguments and have heard them all before. My belief is the Nazis were more centrist and positioned between the right and the left. They would only be Left in comparison to America. But their brand of "right" would have been in keeping with much of German (and European) history for the previous x number of centuries. Autocratic, elitist, suprematist and fiercely nationalist.
The Nazis were NOT true modern Leftists for one major reason: They were adamently anti-communist. Economically, they were a mutation of the entitlement state, and corporatist.
