There is part of the Bounty's rudder on display in the Fiji museum in Suva or at least there was in the 80s. Off topic but quite an interesting museum with it's collection of war clubs and cannibal dishes made of human skulls. There is a display of a bowl and wooden forks that has an placard that reads something to the effect of "Actual forks used to eat Missionary Baker".

I’ve never seen any evidence. To do so Bligh would have compromised his authority to the men he commanded. Seems he had an amazing amount of self control. Lesser mortals would have failed.
