On "Wait, Wait," on NPR, Peter Sagal said that with reduced water levels due to drought in Germany, sunken World War II warships were now being revealed. So they were seeing the ships now, but did Nazi them before.

A lots of old stuff has been discovered during this drought. The drought has been revealing marvels around the world - dinosaur tracks, ghost villages, Buddhist statues and Roman bridges, World War II warships and prehistoric rock formations.
Yes, low water in the Danube River exposed the hulks of dozens of explosives-laden German warships sunk during World War II.
