Of interest was it did not represent History in its pure form. There was never a time when all the delegates and signers were together at one time. It was a trickle down signing of sorts (sorry I just couldn’t help my self). I think some of the signers had actual problems getting to the convention due to the War, but I suspect others wanted to make sure the rest had signed it as well, Thus my trickle down statement.
