That was a good idea to use an exercise ball for cushioning the landing.
Out at the National Seashore on Cape Cod Mass. a few months back I saw a guy coming at me with nothing but a foil parachute. He flew down the coast past me, turned around then came zipping back really fast perhaps 40mph.
I have seen guys with foils and fans on their backs but this guy was riding the wind like a bird would. It was pretty neat.

That's pretty cool. Only thing I would say is that I would not have the props arranged as "pullers", instead I would orient them as pushers and build a enclosure for the legs.
