Hello City-Data! Well, I am ready... To start running my Tamiya King Cab again! (I know, I know.. "who has those" well I will post up some pics when I figure out how!)
I have a Futaba Magnum Jr controller, a MRC thing to charge the batteries (have to get them to hold a charge too! Maybe it is that simple... Batteries get hot) and the King Cab itself. Powered it up and... Nothing! I suppose pictures would be helpful, but. Things to check first?
Hey cool. I used to have the hornet bAck in the day. My 13 year old recently got the old tamiya frog from an old guy he did a job for. Batteries were no good. Went to a hobby shop and got a new set. Yep, they still make them, plus there is renewed interest in those old tamiya cars. They have reissued some classics. Don't worry, you can get it up and running again.
