does anyone have instructions for creating one? A multi-layered one--thanks!

P.S.
If we create enough buzz with threads on crafts and requests for crafting-we may be able to get a sub forum under Hobbies;which would seperate us from the hunting, guns, cars, etc.

I'm not offering any specific plans but I do want to say that the type of wreath and how it is constructed depends largely on the type of cones that you will be using.

Many/most craft stores offer wire wreath forms that can be used as a base - wire several cones around the form and then use a hot glue gun to fill in the openings with smaller cones. Sorting out your cones by size can be helpful. You may want to wrap or spray paint the frame before starting.

This one is cute, but it uses the more round pine cones like I had in Florida. The ones I have now in Tennessee are more long and thin.

This one uses pine cones and holly sprigs, which looks really cute.
