lately Ive been winning a few items on ebay for a very low bid because the seller didnt know what he was selling or put it in the wrong category, etc and Ive noticed sellers are slow to reply and they wont ship my items even though they are paid for the same day I win the auctions.

If the seller doesnt put a reserve they are supposed to sell the item no matter how low the bid, like something I win for $9.99 thats actually worth around $150

one auction has been about 3 weeks now and they never shipped my item, I always bid the last 5 seconds before the end of auction

I had a few problems with non-paying winners. One even left me bad feedback for not shipping before being paid and he never did pay.
Had to call my Visa account on a few to reverse payment on some non-shipping sellers. Usually the sellers who do not ship drop their accounts quickly, might pay to reverse charges.

Ebay is very strict on sellers now, call them up theyll sort it, although you could get a refund instead. This is especially true is you use Paypal. And do not reverse charges with your CC paid with paypal or else it could be your last auction with that user id

the seller that wont ship only has 7 feedbacks , I really want the item I won and paid for, the seller sounds like a teen because he said he got the item from his uncle that brought it back from the war in IRAQ.

Don't buy anything shiny or you may inadvertently get reflectoporn(Pervs standing naked and letting their reflections show).

I agree with Occam. Take it up with ebay. File a non-shipment dispute.

I have bought or sold over 100 items on Ebay and had a problem only once which was resolved to my favour. I will only buy from people that have been on Ebay at least a year, have more than 100 transactions and at least a 98% positive rating.

I'm in the same boat as KevK. Just stick with the more reliable sellers and you'll hopefully not run into problems in the future.
