Since we've been relegated to the back room by the "Three Major Sports" contingent again........

9/9, why not cast your vote for the Avs in the poll? I'd do it for you but I can't (only one vote per person).

We're still the majority 4SC. This obviously means that we're going to sweep the playoffs next season.

LETS GO ISLANDERS!!!

I have 2.

In the opposite order of them being my favorite:

2-Islanders..hubby is a huge Islanders fan and I had been out of hockey for awhile and it took his fanaticism to get me back in and we always ended up watching Islanders games, so they became my team by default.

1-But I really love me some Sens. Many moons ago, I lived in upstate NY in the home of their farm team and we went to quite a few games since we were poor grad students and the tickets were cheap ($12 behind one of the goals, $13 all other seats .. + cheap parking and cheap food). A lot of the players that are now a part of the main Sens organization we got to see when they were just babes in the league, so I carry a lot of loyalty with them. We saw Vermette, Emery, Spezza, and a few others before they really hit the big time so it's been great to see them move up to the next level.
