WHAT THE F___ just happened with Nashville, calling goal #3 no goal? The stupid ref lost sight of it, blew the whistle AFTER it went in the net, and the call on the ice stands? How does that make any sense???????[/quote]
The actual rule is the point of stoppage is when the official "intends" to blow the whistle and not when it is actually heard. I did not see this play, but if the official lost sight of the puck, and at that point decided to blow his whistle, that is the "official" point at which the play ends.
Unless a miracle occurs in the near future for Nashville or St.Louis, it looks like the West Finals are gonna be L.A. and Phoenix. This should be a GREAT battle! Looking forward to it!
I can't believe the Devils are outplaying the Flyers. It's nowhere near over yet, but it's awesome to see my boys finally play with a fire under their ass! Have there been any fights? We can't get over how civil they are to each other!
Thank you Terry....it is infuriating and retarded, as they appeared to do it again to Nashville last night. I don't see these 1-0 teams going to the finals. You gotta score baby.

Astonishingly, no! I haven't seen nothing more than a few shoves and hairy eyeballs. Game 1 they all played like a bunch of choir boys -- which was as baffling as it was refreshing. What the heck is going on here? LOL
We'll see how frustrated the Flyers get if the Devils keep up their awesome defense. They've got the Flyers all dumbfounded.
