Need defense, need offense, need everything aside from goaltending. But yet they decided to invest so much $$ in Price. God forbid he gets injured (again) then what do we have left? Oh yeah, he's injured. Gallagher is your top scorer? I like him and all, but he's a grinder more than anything else.

Seems to me its only a matter of time before major changes occur on this hapless team, unfortunately its going to take a long time to assemble a team that has a chance at a Stanley Cup.

Last night's shutout has opened a crack of hope for the rest of the season. Need CP to remain healthy and Bergevin to find a way to augment the popgun attack.

Problem is, they were still severely outplayed. This reliance on Price has already proven to be a failure, and considering how injury prone he has become, that’s not the way to go. Until they make some drastic changes, they won’t be going anywhere.

Three straight wins and only 2 goals allowed. That's more like it.
But Price's job would be a tad easier if the guys in front of him scored a few goals now and then.

Exactly. The mere fact that they only started winning once he got healthy is a bit scary.
We can't expect him to play God every single game, and then not be completely burnt out come playoff time.

Also, why was Condon traded? I thought he was a very solid backup.

Well, I ended up going to the Habs game last night. Got invited and was close to not going, but then said: "you never know".I wasn't expecting a 10-1 win at all haha, but it was fun to witness.
