Six of one, half-dozen of the other.

The Wings are in a tailspin, no doubt.

Habs are coming out of one, also no doubt.

(I hope.)

A mix of both. Habs kept attacking hard and the wings showed zero emotion and drive.

The problem here is that it's the same old song that's been sung for the past 5 or so seasons: Great when Price is good, absolute trash when he isn't or is injured. You can't win it all like that. Never will. This isn't the NBA where one guy can make the whole team. They need to be consistent on their offense regardless of who is in net.

Did anyone watch the game against the Bruins last night? That was HORRIBLE. Probably the worst performance by any team I’ve seen in years. Wow. Looked more like beer leaguers trying a shot against a pro team.

What happened to the Habs? years of mismanagement and poor trades have left us with a mediocre team of also rans.IMO this team needs to be sold to an owner with a sense of vision, getting rid of Bergevin is not going to make much difference.

I agree.

Also, no one in Montreal cares about having Quebecois owners and players, unless they're homegrown superstars. Time to stop focusing on stupid policies and build a solid team from ground up.
What is Montreal's top line? Who are the team's stars? The best players? Patches? Gallagher? Galchenyuk? Plekanec? Those are the guys supposed to produce for the team?

Well, they played great last night and could've won a laugher with any scoring luck. They fought for every inch of ice going both ways and won most of the battles. Pacioretty was terrific and it was nice to Antti Niemi finally get a W.

If they play every game with that enthusiasm they may still be SOL when it comes to the playoffs but at least they can walk around the city with their heads up.

RIP Red Fisher. As a life-long Habs fan and a journalist, I really appreciated his work.

Didn’t take long for them to go back to stinking.

They are a team with no offence and no defense and a team that lacks the depth to go far or even get to the playoffs. This version of the MontreaL Canadians team is an insult to the previous teams that were good enough to win 24 Stanley Cups.

The team is just beginning to feel the gaping HOLE left behind by the Subbanator after he was traded to Nashville! It may take the team YEARS to recover from such a blunder! I'm NOT even a Habs fan and even I facepalmed when I heard of the trade! It's almost on the same level as 1995's Le Trade! I think the Habs front office will be due for some spring cleaning this coming summer especially if they continue to flop this badly for the rest of the season!
