The Wild game was a clunker, for sure. Hopefully, they'll atone tonight.

Well, they won. It was a really exciting game. But again, that defense... Yuck! So many poor turnovers in our own zone. Price's GAA is not reflective of how he's playing at all. He's constantly bailing the team out due to horrible giveaways.
At least they're scoring though...

Yeah, that third period was crazy. Made for an entertaining game.

On a positive note, Petry has definitely stepped his game up since Subban and Markov left. I've always liked him, so I'm happy to see him doing well.

With Weber out so long, Petry was the de facto #1. He grew into it. With Weber back, I think Petry feels more relaxed and is playing very well.

Go Habs Go!
A tip of the toque to Claude Julien. He's done a great job with a patchwork of players and has got them hanging around a playoff spot at the All-Star break. Not too shabby.

At this point that playoff spot for the Habs is not a given.

Not with the inconsistent way that they play.
Once again, we're seeing a repeat formula: Poor defense, lazy backchecks, and hope that God (Carey Price) makes all of the saves.

The team is on a repeat performance of last year, poor management, poor coaching leading to inconsistant results ,poor defence and iffy offence.

Went to a Habs game last week and toured Centre Bell. My team lost but it was amazing to watch Price make history in person.
