Totally agree, the players make for a decent team but Owner.General manager and coach have no clue and think the teams demise is totally due to losing Carey Price for the year, i'd get rid of GM and Coach and leave the player roster as is. That said rumors are now starting to fly about PKs future with the Habs=

Montreal since 1993? That's like saying the Leafs 1967 Stanley cup drought wasn't any longer.

For Montreal to not even be in a Stanley cup final since 1993 let alone win it is a tough pill to swallow for Montreal hockey fans who once considered their team a dynasty.

As a side note any Canadians getting into this years Stanley cup playoffs? It certainly doesnt interest me.

I'm following the Penguins mostly as a Fleury fan since I played with him as a teen... And I've always liked Crosby.
I kind of follow Tampa Bay, if only because I live nearby.

Montreal needs to find a way to get Stamkos. He and Subban already have a good relationship; both on the same team would be gold.
The Lightning don't particularly seem to "need" him, and Montreal is in dire need of a player of his caliber.

Subban leads the Canadiens in trade rumors. Bergevin has been constant in denying Subban is available.

On July 1 Subbans no trade clause kicks in.
If they do trade him before the deadline it wouldnt surprise me as everything Montreal does seems to assure their place in mediocrity.
