Watching the first clip ^, there have been some rule alterations, no more 2 line pass violation.. NHL recently switched to hybrid icing, and obvious rule change: guys required to wear helmets now. Was watching the Caps-Ducks game last night, and an on-ice Cap lost his helmet for a minute. Seeing him skate down the ice helmet-less looked like the good 'ol days.. peace
