I think Montreal... Once they make some management changes. They have a solid core.

Miller is unhappy here (thought he was coming to playoff contender not a rebuild when he first signed two years ago ) and is at the end of his two year contract he might be gone in the off-season

Yes but I don't see a Canadian team winning the Cup anytime soon, at least not in the next few years. Canucks have potential, I think.

Habs. Losing Price for the majority of the season was a killer blow. They're a great team at full health. If they land Matthews the chances will be even greater.

They need to get oil back up near $50 so the Loonie gains value and they don't further lose tax base. The salary cap is tied to this.
