I think the 'Canes will contend for the division this year. I would not be surprised if they won it. Definitely a team on the rise.
I really didn’t love their off-season moves at all. It reminded me of what the panthers did in 2016 after they had that great season. They made a ton of questionable moves and have been struggling since. Carolina has more talent for sure so I’m not about to say they’re headed to the Metro basement but this season may be a surprising struggle
Pretty much a no-brainer. He's an important building block for the franchise.
Phoenix can be a damn good market. Haven't made the playoffs in seven years, what does one expect!?
The first few years, they drew very well at America West. Sure, it was a novelty. At least 15,000 average out of a 16,000+ arena with some obstructed seats likely preventing even better crowds. People don't seem to recall that.
I flew there for a wedding in 1999 or so. Went to a Friday game, early November against Dallas, both teams very good to date, and the crowd was over 15,000, close to capacity.
Chicago has missed the playoffs the last two years. Guess what, their tv ratings have dropped about 50% in just two or three years.
