If he really did bite through gloves to tears skin that dude has some impressive jaw muscles! Somehow I kinda doubt this is really the case but I suppose anything's possible.

Center Ice package rocks
A Capitals jersey? for a Canes-Maple Leafs game?????
I still have to represent. It is the one before the flying chicken. It is an red away jersey so i will blend in a bit. I root for the Canes except when they play the Caps.
I used to have season tickets to the caps back in the Bryan Murray era. I swear he coulda made Gretzky a 20 goal scorer. I knew it was more expensive but about choked when I saw ticket prices. Nosebleed seats are more than I paid for two rows from the glass back in the day...

I was doing some spring cleaning 2 years ago and I found a ticket stub from back in the 80's when the Caps started being a contender. It was a nosebleed seat but it was only $7 Today you can't even park your car for that much anywhere especially for a Caps, Skins, Terps game.
okay so we are down 5-0 at Boston with about 18 to go, I'm just gonna say this now, Tim Thomas will probably be the first goalie to shut us out this season. I also noticed Aaron ward playing for the Bruins, miss ya Aaron, hated to see you go after winning the Cup.
speaking of shut-outs, has there ever been a team that has gone the entire year without being shut-out? I would imagine it's happened before, but I can't think of a time when it did.
Update: Looks like I spoke too soon, as Carolina does manage to score with 10 to go, but still, does anyone know the answer to my ?

I don't know which is worse, getting blown out 5-1 or my Caps losing 5-4 with 21.2 seconds left to the Habs.
Back to back losses for the Caps. Mason is making a huge case for Calder with 45 saves last night for the Blue Jackets in shutting out the Caps 3-0 which was only the second home loss this season.

Yeah, I'm happy the Bruins got Aaron Ward. He's pretty solid and is probably our third best defenseman after Chara and (arguably) Wideman. I wish I could have watched that game but I was in my car. Tim Thomas is having a great season, as is Manny Fernandez. It's a huge luxury to have two goalies both playing at this level.
