^^ I agree FF, the system really helps the goalie, just look when Belfour won the cup with Dallas.

Agreed.....Hitchcock was coach then and his system is based upon defense first.

It isn't looking to promising now...after Germany, they are looking at Russia and then possibly Sweden if they beat Russia! The problem with Team Canada is that it is a collection of superstars and not a team where each player has a defined role.

Yeah, but the system wouldn't work without a decent goalie, which, though I hate to say it, Belfour was.

They have a much better chance now that Brodeur has been yanked and Luongo has been made the starter !!!

Good game tonight, we are beating Germany 6-1 with 12 minutes left in the game. Niedermayer and Pronger should be pulled along with Brodeur IMO, they have the experience but they are too slow, can't keep up with the kids.

He was good in Dallas, but the system really helps. When he was in Chicago...hmmmm.

One hockey gold for the girls...better not trip over the Slovaks, they beat Russia too.

Well, the gold drought is over, and Canada is leading the pack in total gold medals, . . . but the Gold in Men's Hockey would be the icing on the cake. However, after Canada just squeaking by Slovakia, and the U.S. decimating Finland, . . . I dont know what to expect. Except an exciting close game.
DO NOT MISS IT ! ! ! ! !
