The US men's team beat the Swiss 3-1 today. Right now watching the US women's team pile it on Russia 13-0

Canada sure made Norway look bad. They were so good at keeping the puck, or at stealing it back. Norway never really had much of a chance to beat them. Their goalie was pretty good though.

The clear imbalance of power in womens hockey is pretty awesome. Anytime a new sport is introduced you can expect some head turning scores, but some of these have been hilarious.

I thought Norway played a good 1st period and then the wheels came off as expected. Iglina looked good on his line w/ Crosby.

Did anyone see China's hockey team?

They kept the puck out of their net, which is good, but did not mount much, if any, of an attack. Norway never had the puck long enough to do anything with it. You can't win without even a little bit of offense. They got better as the game went on, but by then it was too late. Just my opinion.

Yes, you mean the Chines women's team? They may be petit, but those ladies sure have spunk. I think they are going to be contenders in the not-too-distant-future.

Judging by yesterday's games, I would say that Canada could be the team in trouble. Switzerland showed that. However, no one is going to be in trouble since it's not an elimination game.

What do you mean "'if"? They play each other Sunday. Canada is supposed to win, but the US team could beat them. There are no guarantees. Guaranteed.

Whoa! Sunday's games are going to be hot! Czechs vs Russia / US vs Canada / Sweden vs Finland. Could be one of the best days to watch Olympic hockey.
