Brown in general--I don't like tan paint, tan carpets, tan tiles, tan counters GAH!
Frieze carpeting (just a fancy word for shag)
Giant wasteful foyers (so you can look like you're wealthy when really you just bought a cheaply thrown together 2 story house)
Country Decor (I hate wooden signs, cornflower blue, country pink, rustic ewww)
even we poor people in our "cheap" houses are allowed to have a nice foyer. Personally I hate walking in the front door and already being in the living room.
Decorative columns. Because unless you're doing full-blown Greek Revival they are hideous and utterly wrong. This goes double for the interior decorative columns, which seem to frequently be made out of plastic.
Brick and stucco combined in the same elevation unless you're specifically doing a mock Tudor look, which is the only time those two materials should be combined, IMO.
