I was watching "Get It Sold" on HGTV today, and I loved the paint color of the living room. Unfortunately, it was already painted that color so I couldn't find any details on the HGTV website.
Anyone have any clue what paint color this is, or any suggestions at some almost identical paint colors.
You can print out the page and bring it to your local paint store. They can actually match it just off of that.
I too think that's your best bet. You'll get the brand and finish you want, with the color you want. Also, use the fandecks and color chips they have available side by side to your page before having them mix your paint.
Do be sure when you think you found a color sample you like, take the sample with your page outside the store to see it in the sun, then, with your hand, shade the samples. You'll see how the colors change and won't be anything like they looked in the store lighting.
And don't forget: shiny paint finishes look lighter than the samples as they reflect light. But then I don't light shiny paint.
PS: Plus you can also enlarge the photo before you print to get a bigger samples.
Try Benjamin Moore 2160-30 Maple Sugar on the accent wall in the picture below. Not exact, but it's worth buying a small test size can to see if you like it.
We just painted our basement with Behr Gobi Tan, and it's very close to that. It'll at least give you a reference point to start from while going through paint chips.
Benjamin Moore's summerdale gold HC-17 would be super close.
Good luck!
