Go with some colors that really stand out! But remember, you have something special and thats a log home. Don't try to change that too much. Keep the essence of your home but definitely brighten it up!
I would go with moss green because since moss grows outside and you have a log home it will all seem to be natural.....also the rust colors as well, but I think the greens will stand out better.
Looks like I'll be shopping for blue/green or turquoise! Would love to introduce those colors into the adjoining master bedroom anyhow...and then into the living room....whoopee! Going to have fun! Out with safe, boring tan everywhere.
Green is always a good choice for a log cabin. Throw some red in there too.

Souds like a great color palette and one I have in my own house! I added pops of orange to my blues, greens and browns and love it.
Light teal, aqua blue with a bunch of seashell stuff going on.
Sounds like the coastal decor I see a lot of in my area.
