And it's actually much more affordable. There's a Chiasso store right near me too which is nice. Opinions? I'm a single male with no kids trying to furnish up my new apartment.

seriously?
It looks like the front seat out of a '62 Pontiac. To each his own, I guess.
OK maybe this is a no go then. I guess it does look too trendy. Ugh it's so hard to find a good affordable piece.
Heres what I tell my design clients.....unless you are gonna change out your decor every couple of years, buy the best quality piece you can afford to, and buy something that isnt trendy.
Stuff you sit on every day is really an investment piece, if you dont love it, if its not comfy, and if its gonna go out of style tomorrow, you might as well just set your money on fire, because you're gonna spend the same amount of money in a year or so again, and who wants to do that?
It lost me at vinyl. And we've done the cheap couch thing in the past (long story/couch hunt- it was the only thing we could find around here that wasn't kuntry klassy, faux West Indies, or squishy contemporary with zero back support) and were very unhappy with the results. It seemed to start losing its shape shortly after purchase.
We've had a couple more sofas since then that were better but not something to fall in love with. Next time, we're going to just go ahead and spring for an Ekornes sofa- not the cheapest option out there, but the chair we have of theirs is comfy and durable, and they've got some styles that work well with modern decor.
Different people have different tastes. It is your home, do what makes you happy. If that is your style, far be it for a bunch of anonymous folks to tell you what to do. That said, I do second the post that says if it is something you love, buy the best you can afford, of course within your budget.
I would never do that sofa in a million years, but thats just because it isnt my taste. What matters is what is your taste. Tho I cant imagine vinyl will be durable. If that were my taste, Id try to find a similar piece in leather.
