You can rent it from Party Rentals, you can buy or sew it yourself. What do you want to do? How many?

A big budget or a small budget? I also agree with trying party rental companies. If you want to do homemade, I personally would try something like buying white gauze and wrapping it around the chairs and using fake flower sprays to decorate... You can also hang the gauze from trees or the ceiling etc to make an ethereal look. The girl(s) may have fun helping to decorate...not sure how cheap it would be, though.
