I think so but not sure about lifetime warranty. How it's possible to give lifetime warranty?

Not my style either but I can see them in a college dorm, or any other institution like prison, hospital residence, etc. and I'm sure this kind of furniture is extremely expensive. anything in short supply-and this would be since it would not appeal to the masses and is so specialized- is going to be expensive.

I've watched all of those before. The problem with almost every one of them is that the spaces must be completely clutter free in order for it to work. As someone else said, you use it a time or two then never fold out again.

The company in the OP seems much more realistic. You leave everything on the desk and the desk swings up and out of the way. I'd definitely put that in my apt if it were more affordable.

It's easy to offer one. It's actually a limited warranty which basically covers all mechanisms, water-based finishes, and Class E-1 chipboard composition.
Actually getting them to cover it is, well...

Most of the products offered by Resource are manufactured by Clei.

I am intrigued by the concept and love the simplicity.

Do these beds work with multiple pillows, blankets? Kids sleep toys etc.

Our mornings do not look like this-
