Moving to a new house next month and looking for window treatements.Don't want to do wood blinds anymore and plantation shutters are too expensive. Plan to have back windows uncovered most of the time to enjoy the wooded view. Need privacy covering in the front at night.

We went to a home show today and saw Illusion shades from Budget Blinds.

Does anyone have these and how do you like them? What are the pros and cons?

Any input and ideas would be appreciated.

We have them in our dining room. I like them when I need to use them but I don't very often. They would be especially nice in a sunny room where they filter some sunlight but still allow you to see outside and then the added feature of being able to close them off.

We just did Roman shades for our dining room. I chose a sheer so it has he formality I wanted but also delivered the "casualness" that I wanted.

Which vendor did you use? I only know of Budget Blinds and found a few online vendors.

They were in the house when we bought them but they are from American Blind and Wallpaper.
