Why not something like this Danze D454746 Bellefleur 1 Handle Pulldown Kitchen Side Faucet instead of all those coils that will be a nightmare to clean? Just a simple wipe off and you're done.

Because the industrial look with the giant spring goes with the I beams that are now painted jet black.

I have an American Standard, looks almost identical, the contractor installed it into a new double stainless steel sink so I don't think you need to buy the sink with the faucet. Love ours.

Looks like something you would have to special order, and though Ive seen similar ones at Lowes when I worked there, they werent Krauss ones, but we could order pretty much anything for our customers, and I have.
