Leather "Like" sofa - what cleaner/conditioner to use? (polyurethane, cushions)

Hello,

What do I use to condition, protect this fake leather like sofa? (Beyond general general cleaning)

The tag says:
Seat cushions: Resin treated polyester fiber (24%) Polyurethane foam pad (76%)
Body: 1% polyester fabric, 5% resin treated polyester fiber & 94% Polyurethane foam pad

It isn't leather so it really does not require conditioning. Maybe use a damp rag and possibly some Armor All.
