Exterior painting on the house starts in the next few weeks. There is a Sherman Williams consultant coming out in the morning to finalize the color. Even though I'm moving next year, I'm excited to see the huge difference on the exterior.
The front yard. I need to get it done before it gets too hot!
Us too! It’s lovely here now, but soon it will be wicked hot. We’ve planted about 18 new scrubs and installed gutters on the front of the house. We just need to finish up the irrigation system, spread the mulch and put a fresh coat of paint on the shutters.
Last week I refinished our oak floors on our main level. Was a booger of a project to take on myself. Can't repost photos, but more detail (and photos) are in this thread link instead.
