There a lots of places available depends upon where you live & your budget. There a big brands available try searching Google for ... " Good furniture store 'YourCity'. Surely you will find best.

Estate auctions. But you have to be prepared to haul your purchases yourself. Different auction companies have different rules. Some will hold purchases for a certain number of days until you can come back with a truck. Others expect the piece to be removed at the point of sale. That's where you get the best deals. Because very few people come to an estate auction (especially if it's held IN the home) prepared to carry home furniture. So very often you will be the only bidder. At the right sale you can get very high-quality pieces for next to nothing. Other than mattresses, upholstered pieces, and bookcases from IKEA, I furnished my entire house this way.

It depends entirely on your area & location there a endless places available. Just try to google your 'keywords' or query to find the best suited place for your furniture requirements.

I have gotten a lot of very nice furniture items from local consignment and thrift shops. You can find some really good quality solid wood furniture for cheaper than new particleboard junk.
