Leather sectional + cloth/leather sofa (pictures, living room, furniture, house)

I need your help! I bought a new house and I have a big living room, I want to combine a sectional, brown leather with a brown sofa that is part cloth, part leather. I will have about 4.5ft in between them and a big rug to ensure it transitions well....on the other end of the room, there will be a TV.

this is an open concept space and I am just trying to do something unique with this combo.

is this a good idea? Or should I just get out there and buy more furniture?

I am not sure what "the other end of the room" means. 12 feet? 6 feet? And how big is the TV screen?
