I have Spanish/Pueblos revival house with a small room that was part of the rear porch (aka a portal). It has a plain concrete floor that I'd like to over lay with a brick floor. I could also use concrete patio pavers....it's an informal space. The thickness of the brick would be beneficial and would even out the transition from an adjoining room. I like the look of a brick floor but I've never had one. Anyone have good or bad experiences to share?

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select page 2. Scroll down and there is an entire thread on just that brick floor.
