I saw this article on facebook this morning. Some of these features are so over-the-top as to be silly (in my opinion), but some of them are quite amazing. I LOVE the kitchen garden (and my husband would probably say I need that shoe closet!)

Which features in this list made YOU drool?

Hidden room would be pretty sweet.

Balcony would be nice---hell, give me any type of outdoor space!

Balcony pool would terrify my husband so that's a no go.

I'll take a pool and setting up a movie screen would be nice.

And maybe the yard beer dispenser.

Most of these things I don't care for though.

Hidden room and fireplace porch.

We spend a ton of time on our porch so having a fireplace on it would be absolutely ideal. I like the hidden room idea because well - it's a hidden room! How fun.

I don't have a dog, but would otherwise like the doggy shower. Although do they really have hardwood floors in their garage?? lol!

Other ones I'd like are the balcony pool, mega-skylight, dedicated shoe closet (actually thinking of doing this one since I have 2 closets in my master bedroom!), the kitchen hydroponic garden, and the porch fireplace and daybed, although I'd want more of a chaise than a daybed.

Interesting that some of you have mentioned that you like the balcony pool and water slide. Those were two of the ones I thought were over the top. Different strokes for different folks!

The glass gazebo is beautiful, but I'd need a full-time window washer!

I want some sort of system to take the grocery bags from the garage to my kitchen drop zone.

I'd also like automatic exterior window washers.

Don't really care about OTT amenities.

I did have a dog shower room when we had dogs. It was off the laudry room. Once they were clean, we made them stay in the laundry room to dry for a bit.

Oh me too! My system right now is my husband - not quite automatic but awful handy.
