If you were going to rent it, that would be another story. But, if you want top dollar, don't scrimp. It's amazing how much more a buyer will spend - or not - depending on things like matching appliances.

! I'm just not sure how much it matters to buyers that they match exactly. $500 is a HUGE difference (countertop microwave with trim kit vs white built-in), especially when your budget is extremely tight. That will make the difference between us getting to put in our floors now or having to wait until possibly spring.
