Hi all,

I want to create a gallery wall of art and pictures for my front living room.

I've seen a lot of templates on Pintrest. But I was hoping the good folks on this forum could point me to a reliable "interactive" source where I could put in the wall dimensions and then "play" with different sizes and shapes. Does such a thing even exist?

Thanks in advance!

I have not seen a template.
I just lay the art in question in various ways on the floor until I get them how I like them.

I don't have any art yet, lol! I just know I want a gallery wall on the space!

I need to get a better visual idea of what to buy vis-a-vis size and shape.

Buy what you love, not what will fit into an arbitrary space!

That will bring more joy to you than any old thing that was the right size.... and the art you love will transition well when you move and have new spaces to decorate.

You could do it like furniture templates on graph paper, create some rectangles, squates, circles, ovals, whatever size/shapes you want, and arrange and rearrange to your heart's content.

If you wanted to do it high tech, a lot of furniture store websites have on line room planners. Use the table templates for your rectangles, circles etc.

Here's one I use:

Nebraska Furniture Mart - Room Planner
