Since it's a very large area, I would divide it into sections. In one section, the fire place would be the focal point with perhaps one of these TVs over it: Mirror TV - Frame your LED, LCD, or plasma television .

Another section might be a game area with a table and chairs. And aother an office area with desk, computer, etc.

And there could be a non-TV seating area just in case people ever want to just visit and talk to each other. (Probably VIA cell phones these days LOL.)

Hi there. I would place the TV opposite the fireplace on the wall titled 11 ' 3 (or on a tv unit against that wall)

Two large sofas facing each other (ie another one facing the one in your diagram) would look great and if it fits a coffee table in between them. That way you get the best of both worlds without moving (well, except your neck)

And if you have a spare armchair place it to the right of the fireplace somewhere (as youre looking at the diagram)

The first two pictures are showing but not the rest, so I don't know what is being discussed. Looks like a nice room though.

From the first two pictures I added some built ins under the windows for more storage, tv above the fireplace, corner desk, added a chair and a coffee table.

I like KK's arrangement. It looks good to me.
