I love the look of bamboo shades with white/off-white sheer curtains. I have 3 windows in my living room (47x82) and I'm not finding shades that would be long enough. The longest that I've found is 64".
Here are a few details: It is mostly for decorative purposes as the living area doesn't get direct sunlight... but I'm sure there will be times when we'd want to draw the shades. Our sofa back will be along the windows but not right against them. The sofa is 35" high.
Do you think getting the 64" shades will be a problem? I guess I could get custom shades but I'm on a budget. Here is a link to a look that I'm trying to accomplish.

If they are decorative, no.
If they are functional (you need them to go all the way down), yes.

There you go. The cheaper ones pm this site don't come long enough for your windows.
Sometimes you have to pay more to get what you need. Your windows are unusually long. So, you need bamboo shades to fit.
You can also try Lowe's to see if they carry shades that fit. There seems to be a large variety available there.

It's a great look, but I do think you have to figure out a way to budget to get the shades that fit your windows, or it's not going to look right and of course, they wouldn't be functional for the times you do want to lower them.

I'd save my pennies until I could afford to buy the custom-length bamboo shades. Why pay less to install something you're going to come to hate over time and which will eventually have to be replaced with what you should have gotten in the first place?

Plan according to your budget. These bamboo shades curtains are not the only option.
