But you'll spend $1000 for 2 mirrors that are quite likely NOT UL listed. Making them a very potential source of bodily injury.

WHATEVER!

Something to be aware of when feeding wires down the wall, is the possibility of a fire block between the two points, which means the wire will not pass unless you drill a hole in the fire block. It could well turn into a much bigger project than you are planning for.
A fire block is a horizontal 2X4 installed between the vertical studs to prevent a chimney effect in case of a fire and is required in all wood framed structures.
You would need a stud finder to locate a fire block.
If there is a fire block between point A and point B, you will have to find a way past it, possibly requiring removing drywall at that point, drilling a hole in the FB for the wires to pass through, and them having to patch the drywall. Perhaps the mirror is big enough to cover any needed drywall patch??
Life is never easy... If you get real lucky there won't be a firewall???

Once again. Any contracting job is "easy" until it isn't. You have no experience with electrical jobs and you don't now what you might end up running into. Is it worth possibly short circuiting your home and if you had a fire or even had one down the road and it turns to into an insurance claim, you could well be turned down to cover your loss, please hire a professional. The $$ you spend now could be minuscule, to the money you may lose down the road if you screw something up.

OK Mr knowledge, it was a quick description to tell OP of a potential problem, not a 2" thick copy of the building code.
Please tell us your version with no shortcuts, we want the entire manual in case she decides to build a house while installing her mirror...
