Closer. It's getting closer. Not too long now and that knot between your shoulder blades will go away.

OH. MY. GOSH. The tower cabinet doors are too small. Someone just made a mistake in measuring them. They are too narrow. Unbelievable.

Also, the bathtub stopper doesn't work. I don't know - it just doesn't work. I can't really take a bath because of this. They were supposed to bring a new one out today. Didn't do it. Good grief.

NOW I'm starting to get frustrated.

That stinks. How long will the new doors take? They should be able to pick up a bath stopper and fix it very easily. Call them, again, and tell them do do it as fast as they can. Maybe they need a reminder so you can have a Calgon night, lol.

Thank you - now if I can just get it all to actually be functional at the same time, that would be great!

The new doors will take several days - gotta order them, prime them, paint them, let them dry, then deliver them. I can't imagine them in before Friday. Heck, I won't be here Friday anyway, so it will be Monday at the earliest I'm sure. Dadgummit.

The contractor is on the way over with the tub stopper now.

Just a frustrating bunch of little stuff falling through the cracks at the end of it all.

So the same guy that measured the foot spacing measured for the doors.

LOL actually no, it was a miscommunication. The project manager has been really sick. So this sort of thing has happened, which is not typical for this contractor. He would have normally either measured it or had his main guy measure it but what actually happened was that the owner came out to look at the progress and measured it and texted it to him - no telling where or how all that went south.

Anyway, Friday or Monday for the cabinet doors on the tower, I have a working tub with a working stopper, and I have some beautiful frames for my mirrors. Slight inconvenience but it could be a lot worse.
