A few times this week I've seen references to a color called Millennial Pink. Apparently it's a hot new color for walls and furnishings.

Wondering what you guys think. Is it likely to catch on? Will it be replacing grey as the wall color of choice?

Really? People want to live in the interior of a Pepto Bismol bottle?

It will never be a neutral for the whole house, but I don't see a problem with it for a girl's room, or just 1 random room.

I don't know about that, but on the first few pages of the Ballard catalogue, which I like, there is a heart stoppingly beautiful dark deep green on some of the pillows, etc. I'd put my bet on this green to take off in popularity.

I don't love it, but I don't mind it. It is just as good a neutral as any other.
Pastels are very hard to "nail". They can go wrong so easily. This does not say baby nursery to me.

I love color and at best I might put this in a powder room. I don't understand what the draw towards it is, as I see gray as a more versatile color. I have seen grays and all shades in every room of the house, but, speaking only for myself, I would have a tough time outside of a bedroom or bath with this color.

The draw is that it goes with gray.
