...an incredibly low mortgage...

A wonderful "Santa Fe Garden" my husband put in for me this summer. Brick, low-water perinneal garden, catus, etc. Very private and wonderful.

The shutters we put practically throughout the house. I just love them!

Our new home has ceiling fans in every single room, including deck and garage. I thought that was a bit much at first but now that I live here I have to say it's my new favorite feature!!!

Glad you went with the high-end wallpaper. It is a great luxury and there is some really neat stuff out there! I have apple green grass cloth on my DR walls and metallic silver tree knot design in my hall powder room!

There is very little that is notable about my home. It's very average, even a little below average for our neighborhood. We do have an excellent view of the Front Range, though, and plenty of windows from which to view it.

The most luxurious thing in my house is definitely my wife. She has cost me the most money, that's for sure.

You'd love our master bath. It's 15 x 12.

Tiffer, that is a really cool and innovative way to get a nice shower and a nice bathtub into that space. Wowee!

I dunno what is 'luxurious' about our house. I suppose the size of the lot given the area. Or maybe the 10-15 foot ceilings. I like having two driveways. A front circular and the side entrance (on the cross-street) with a gate and half-court bball area. The fact that the house is pretty much windows from floor to ceiling in many places is nice for the natural light but terrible for energy bills and barking dogs.
