The gray is better than the red, but I still probably would paint all the building facade gray, the window and other trim white and any accessories (doors, lights, numbers etc) black.
Another poster had the idea to paint the doors different bright colors, which might be a good idea if all the buildings look the same and people need a distinguishing feature to locate it.
Otherwise, the fewer color changes the better. There is already SO much going on architecturally.
Yes, the gray is nice. I'd still go for the very light yellow. But, I think the main thing to make your property look classy, is to pick a neutral color and paint all buildings the same color to make it look unified, and downplay the different textures and architectural styles.
By the way, congrats on owning a nice rental property :-)

Exactly. The particular color doesn't matter. The idea is to choose one for a more uniform look.

I don't think the actual treatment would look as bad as that rendering. I think it's just the way the program made it look. I HOPE not
The gray is okay, but I would still paint everything gray, from the roof to the ground - with no other colors. Whatever color you choose, I'd only use one color for all walls.
I love it. I actually prefer the 1st one, with the same color, instead of the lighter gray on the upper half of the building. Uniform color looks best, in my opinion.
I like the two shades of gray because one uniform color looks like a grim prison. Different color doors are a good idea in case tenants come home drunk and forget where they live!
But I'd also try to keep the bare brick in some areas.
I'd also replace the ugly slat porch railings. If you can't afford to do all of them at once, do a few of the most visible ones and the rest when you get the money. I'd look online on historic architecture sites for compatible styles. Maybe you could find something at salvage yards. Wrought iron would look nice.
