Some people install light strings that can be changed with their smart phones. So they change their lights according to the season/holiday I guess. As long as your lighting choices don't create light pollution for your neighbors, do what you want.
So much hate and disdain for such a simple question.
I change out my door wreath decorations most holidays & seasons. Autumn, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter.
Usually the only lights I put out are for Halloween & Christmas.
You do you, PJ. Don’t give a thought to the naysayers.
I'm pretty sure you've asked about this before, and I'm guessing the answer is the same, that almost no one does Valentine's Day exterior lighting. Maybe a few hearts and cupids inside for those with little ones, and a garden flag for those who are diligent about changing them out regularly but that's pretty much it.

No, pretty much only Christmas. Very few do any lights for Halloween. Then there are the blue and green lights all over the place recently for the Seahawks, which after last night will be going off.
I had not seen Halloween lights until we moved to our current area. They are pretty popular here. In fact, our neighbor does a very elaborate set up that includes a smoke machine and lightening machine. Some homes get 800 trick or treaters. Lots of Christmas lights too.
I have not seen a hint of Valentine's decor, but I am guessing there is a house or two that puts a lovey wreath on the door.

In our former neighborhood, we had a predominantly Christian area. There was a jewish family that lived a few blocks from us, who loved all the Christmas decorations and he came up with the idea maybe 15 years ago to do Halloween up big. He had an outstanding display with a hangman in a tree, a coffin that squeeked open, witches, etc. It was actually very well done. He used to tease all of us and say he had cornered the market on Halloween. We lived within walking distance of a botanical garden and he would get a lot of activity from folks who would be on their way to see that display.
