I bought a print from these guys at art-prints-on-demand
www.art-prints-on-demand.com and it had green overspray on the subject's (Olympia by Manet) leg. It was also so dark that you couldn't really see the details of the painting.
I asked for a credit of 75% of the $200 purchase price because I didn't want a replacement. I was willing to cover the copyright fee and their other costs.
They refused.
Don't use them. They have poor quaility and don't care about their customers.
No you could of just stolen it by scanning a high quality copy. Thats why they dont do returns on opened art. If a customer said this to me I would assume its a scam. Why not just take the replacement. Printer have to be reset every so many copies and you got a bad print.
Why not buy something that a new artist made for 200$ or more that you can see in person at an art show. Prints are kinda tacky unless its photography.
