Looking for a particular lamp shade

I was checking out this website:

They let you custom design your own lamp but it's the entire lamp, perhaps they'll do one with just the shade for you.

What kind of lamp it is? A floor lamp, desk lamp, bedroom lamp, standing, hanging? Give us a little more to work with, please...
