I need some help. There is fine dirt getting into my kitchen cabinets.
I have had the a/c man out, he cannot explain why this is happening.
I went under the house and sealed all pipes coming in--the house is older so there would be many ways for the air pressure to be pulled in besides the inside of the kitchen cabinets. I have tried sealing up the vents under the house on the kitchen side--did not help. Seems only to be a problem when the A/C is used. Anyone with an idea--please help.

A friend kept seeing a small pile of dirt on her bedroom floor and it turned out to be some kind of wood-destroying bug. Don't know if it was termites or something else. You might think about that.
BigJon asked a good question. Your post doesn't say where you live. Bugs would be a good guess in many areas of the country.
Don't clean up for awhile so there is evidence, then get a consultation from an exterminator. Ask around for recommendations, since all exterminators are not created equal. The names that advertise on TV are usually more expensive and sometimes a local person (who is likely to have worked for a major) often charges less and knows just as much. The main goal seems to be to get someone experienced with what's in your local area. Whomever you hire, they pretty much all use the same products. I interviewed three before I chose one -- they all gave me free consultations.
Are you in a place where there is a lot of dirt blowing around outside-new construction or something like that?
